Dear Friend,
I invite you to join me in a nationwide effort to be of service. We are helping families all across the country beginning with the families of our American Heroes, the men and woman of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, National Guard, Coast Guard, and Reserves. These families face unique challenges through location, separation, and pay. For example, when a husband is deployed the wife is a single parent wondering if her husband is going to make it home. The young children didn’t have a choice to be part of a family that enlisted or was called-up, and we feel for them most of all.
Your motivation for wanting to give back is your own; mine comes from family, friends and my love for this country. My father served as a Marine in Korea, my cousin went into Granada, my officemate in my Ph.D. program was a Major in the Air Force, and it was my honor to stand as best man for an Army solider. All around me I have seen good people sacrifice for our country. Founding Military Family Support is my way to serve. With your help, we will make the lives of millions of Americans better!
